What is Onboard?

​

Onboard is for Christians who are thinking about calling St Matthew's 'home'.

 

It is an opportunity for us to share the vision and mission that drives St Matthew's, and an opportunity for you to meet some of the leadership team, ask questions and get to know other newcomers who are on a similar journey. Onboard is also the gateway to things like serving within the life of church.

​

So if you're a Christian who is new or newish with us, then we would absolutely love to see you at Onboard!

 

Come along to the next one:

 

Onboard runs every six weeks from 1-3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon at the St Matthew's building in Shenton Park.

​

Registrations are essential. Please register by 11:59 pm the day before.

"I was new to the area and looking for a church to call home. I went to the Onboard course offered by St Matthew's and found it to be an amazing and informative experience. The course was an excellent way for me to ask questions and learn what St Matt's biblical foundations were, without feeling any pressure to join.

 

Onboard also laid out where and how serving works, providing a clear guideline about where I could serve if I was interested. I highly recommend attending the Onboard course if you are thinking of calling St Matthew's home, or are just curious about what St Matt's are on about."

At St Matthew's we meet in small groups during the week to read the Bible, pray, and share our lives together. We call these Growth Groups. 

 

We would love for you to consider joining a group –  whether you've been a part of St Matthew's for years or have just joined us.
